Brandon is everything a person could want in a realtor. He is smart, witty, quick on his feet, super intelligent, quick with numbers, has excellent resources (such as access to laborers for moving, painting, lenders for people who have specific situations, and so much more. Do not be fooled by his youthful appearance. This is a guy who acts like he has been doing this for 30 years yet he is not that old. He is up with all of the lingo and can relate to any age, group, ethnicity. I have seen him go the distance for people and get nothing in return. He is always on call. I consider myself a difficult person who is picky about lot of stuff and he is so easy going. It's too bad he doesn't come with the house you buy. He has an abundance of knowledge and his patience with people like me who easily drain him is hard to express into words. He is on TRACK. Timely, Responsive, Accurate, Courteous, Knowledgeable! A good example is that when Brandon is working for you, he is like your lawyer. He is your advocate to the end. Nothing and no obstacle stands in his place. He is organized. He spends hours on the phone and then drives to multiple places until the client is not just happy -- the client is ecstatic! truly wish that he did come with the house. I can't thank him enough for the time he has spent with me and the consultation and advice he has. His knowledge about things is ever-expanding. For me personally, he has had the patience of a saint and been on call and responsive to every single thing i have asked of him. I feel bad when I don't get back with him immediately because I know he has put in the legwork and distance.
